About UpCode:

UpCode is a Mobile Access & Interaction system (MAI)™ for use in Business, Commerce and Media.

It includes a robust optical reader with complete cross media functions that interacts with all media and information automatically through the mobile. UpCode Ltd. develops the system technology (MAI)™, Mobile Access & Interaction, in all its aspects including multi-functionality and different reading/scanning technologies.

The Offer Includes:

UpCode Licence (renewable annually) and the right to use the technology independently and without limitations for commercial purposes, including the use of UpCode clients (programs and systems) in accordance with options below.    

Options:

Start Kit: 

·   Right to use direct linking in UpCode tags (direct www address) and tags with SMS messages for free without limitations.  

·   The right to use up to 20 professional UpCode tags (short number codes) without limitations in marketing material, or, for example on the home page, at exhibitions, business applications and in information systems. 

·   Tags (in this case 2d data matrix codes) as PDF or PNG. 

·   Code creator (creation of Data Matrix or QR codes)

·   4 UpCode tags can include CRM functions, personal code functions or other special solutions possible in the standard program.

·   UpCode Card Creator (Business Cards). 

·   UpCode Site Creator (Mobile Websites)

·   Instructions for the use of UpCode clients (programs and systems) and recommendations about the tags concerning size, placement and functionality.  

·   Linking of tags, mobile devices and servers and hosting of the link according to a time schedule to be agreed separately. 

Opportunity to do code re-linking (separate charge.)

If needed UpCode can participate in the creation of back-end content and systems, according to a separate agreement. 

Price: 11,500€ / first year, following years – 40% + inflation.

System Kit:  

·   Right to use direct linking in UpCode tags (direct www address) and tags with SMS messages for free without limitations.  

·   Right to use up to 100 UpCode tags (short number codes) without limitations in marketing material, or, for example on the home page, at exhibitions, business applications and in information systems. 

·   20% of the UpCode tags can include CRM functions, personal code functions or other special solutions possible in the standard program.

·   UpCode Card Creator (Business Cards)

·   UpCode Site Creator (Mobile Websites)

·   Code creator (creation of Data Matrix or QR codes)

·   Instructions for the use of UpCode clients (programs and systems) and recommendations about the tags concerning size, placement and functionality.  

If needed UpCode can participate in the creation of back-end content

and systems, according to a separate offer/agreement. 

UpCode Admin Basic (makes it possible for the customer to link codes according to time and to follow the statistics of the tags.)

Price:  19,500€/first year, following years – 40% + inflation.

Business Kit:  

·   Right to use direct linking in UpCode tags (direct www address) and tags with SMS messages for free without limitations.  

·   Right to use 200 UpCode tags (short number codes) without limitations in marketing material, or, for example on the home page, at exhibitions, business applications and in information systems. 

·   20% of the UpCode tags can include CRM functions, personal code functions or other special solutions possible in the standard program.

·   UpCode Card creator (Business Cards)

·   UpCode Site Creator (Mobile Websites)

·   Code creator (creation of Data Matrix or QR codes)

·   Instructions for the use of UpCode clients (programs and systems) and recommendations about the tags concerning size, placement and functionality.

·   Technical support during office hours, (e-mail and phone).   

If needed UpCode can participate in the creation of back-end content and systems, according to a separate offer/agreement. 

UpCode Admin Advanced (includes all functions from the admin basic and also a complete interactivity system for handling CRM data and sending/updating information, phone, language and country recognition.)

Installation Support.

Price:  29,500€/first year, following years – 40% + inflation.

Further Options:   

When agreed on a kit solution if client requests that UpCode hosts, makes and upkeeps back-end content, that is decided on separately and UpCode charges per working hour.

Server capacity according to separate offer. 

Business Analytics.

Training for the licensee. 

·   Business School

·   Technical Academy 

On site: 1,100€/day + travel fees for instructor.

At UpCode training centre: 950€/day

Price for training of others than the licensee: 1800€ (excl. VAT) / day + instructors’ travel fees and expenses for accommodation.
