Firstly, don't forget that your UpCode application comes with an 'Options' menu where you can find help and how to use UpCode on your phone.

Q. I have downloaded UpCode but cannot find the application.

A. You can find it in 'Applications Folder' on your phone (and preferrably move it to your main folder) or it may be downloaded in 'Games' or another file on your phone (Java Models). If you cannot move it from sub folders then access UpCode form that location.

Q. My phone doesn't download UpCode

A. If your phone is compatible (and on our list) it should work automatically, please contact us with a brief description of the problem. If it is not on our list it may not be mpatible at this time.

A. In the e-series phones, you need to make sure you have the right settings before installing. (In other models usually automatically on) Go to tools >> application manager, choose settings from options and make sure that software installation is set to all Why do I get this message when trying to install UpCode in my Nokia communicator 9500/9300? ”Application installation denied by Java server” If you are trying to install a java program and that message appears, you need to put in the SIM card and switch on the power also in the cover.

Q. Why is there a warning, saying not able to verify supplier, when downloading the program?

A. You don’t need to worry about the warning, UpCode is verified by Verisign Inc. You can check certificate details about UpCode under applications manager after installing. The warning is to inform users that programs are installed at own risk and is very common. It will most likely disappear in the near future.

Q. Where is the UpCode automatically installed? That depends on the phone model.

A. Usually it is installed under programs, installs or my own. In Java programs are some times installed in the games folder. What does the text insert code mean? If this field is automatically opened instead of the camera it means your phone has no camera or the necessary camera access (provided by manufacturer) Type in the number or word written under the UpCode image and then press "go" What is the cost for using UpCode? UpCode is free for non commercial and non professional use. You only pay according to your operator tariff. It is depending on what your operator charges for internet traffic (in the cases UpCode uses internet)

Q. What is wrong when I get the message corrupt file when I try to install to my Nokia N95?

A.The problem has to do with that the phone hasn't finished the download. The file will automatically download to your phone so you don't have to do anything.
